Dax Lynal (Battle Profile)

This would be the full-sized, finished version of Daferax Lynal's battle profile.
I don't usually do full on character refs in the sense that others do, mostly I do profiles; one regular in a type of signature pose, and one battle profile, showing off their typical fighter stance.
If you haven't noticed, I strategically make sure that the characters face one way in one profile, then the opposite in the other profile. That way you at least get to see the character from left and right angle. I'm currently looking for a format to excuse a rear view, but so far I haven't had much avail. I will do one for all my characters when I do figure out a format though.

Dax is great. Definitely one of my favorite characters out of the ones that I've made. Free spirited to the extreme. He's not into a relationship, like, at all. The only thing he has an undying list for is adventure. If he happens to find a girl and fall in love, I will be quite surprised. I'm not even sure what type of girl would really be able to get his virtually inexistent romantic interest. He's very independent, so I really couldn't see him being the type to be attracted to a best friend partner... That wouldn't really be an appealing thing to him. He's very reserved, so it would be very hard to get close to him unless you understood him, but at that point it would fall under the "best friend partner" category.
However it will be that he will(or won't) fall for a girl, I think his type would be the home front caretaker. Fairly submissive, soft and sweet type of girl. I'll cross that bridge if and when the time comes, though.

Dax is a really strong fighter. He doesn't do a whole lot of hand to hand, and he doesn't have a huge variety of powers (what he does has some serious drawbacks), but what he does have is really strong, and FULL of untapped, untamed potential. He hasn't ever tapped into his full power (as of yet) and he probably won't anytime soon. At least, not until he gets better disciplined, and his body and brain actually build up the endurance to handle his full power. As for just how strong his powers can be, I'm actually still a bit indecisive on that. I'm thinking that, at full power, if he sets off an explosion in the right place towards the actual core of a planet, he could potentially blow the entire thing up.
Again, this is IF he attains full power, and IF he can achieve an uninterrupted laser focus that would allow him to detonate at a safe enough distance away from said exploding planet that he would survive. If this focus is interrupted in any way, he not only risks the safety of everyone within a 5kilometer radius, but the move itself runs the unavoidable risk of making his brain explode even if done correctly.
The limit of his psychokinesis is significantly weaker, but still notable. He has the potential to be able to either entirely deflect a small to medium sized meteor, or significantly alter the course of a large sized meteor. Depending on its velocity and how strong of a pull gravity has on it, this effect can be greatly watered down to the point of complete dilution. Once again, using this full power technique puts a very high risk to his health, making his brain implode if he pushes too far.
His physical endurance is impressive, being able to take a lickin' and keep on kickin' to quite a degree, but his mystical endurance is lacking.
But yeah, you get the idea. Dax can be a force to be reckoned with, and you definitely don't wanna piss this guy off. XD

Dax is really a full on hero. He doesn't really do anything evil or morally wrong unless he's put in a position where it's life threatening to his mother or his brother. He uses his skills mainly for good, but while he's known as a heroic daredevil, Dax's ultimate goal is to give his family the prosperous life they deserve, all the while enjoying his own life as best he can. He knows that this is what his father would want from him.

Me: sure they will! Who wouldn't wanna hear about you?
Dax: Eh... True... But even still, this is taking forever. I'm going to have to rewarm up my board!
